When will I get my clothes back?

Turnaround time is 48 Hours from pick-up to drop off.

Do I need to prepare my laundry or sort it ahead of time?

No! Leslie's Laundry Care will sort, wash, dry and fold. If you have any special instructions for items please advise when placing the order.

What if I can’t be home for my scheduled pick-up or drop off?

You can leave your bag in secure location outside your home (doorstep, porch, patio, reception desk etc.)

Are my clothes washed with other people’s clothes?

Absolutely not! Each bag is processed by itself. We will never clean your clothes with another customer’s clothing.

What should I put my clothing in for the initial pick-up?

For your first pick-up, items can be placed inside 13 gallon, kitchen trash bags. Your Provider will include a Free Leslie's Laundry Care nylon bag with your returned laundry to use for all pick-ups that follow.

What if I miss my pick-up/drop-off time?

If you miss your pick-up or drop off timeframe, a missed pick-up or missed drop off $20 cancellation fee may be assessed. Avoid these additional fees by notifying and rescheduling your pick-up/ drop off directly with Leslie's Laundry Care Provider. Once we pick up item and you change your mind. You have to pay $20 cancellation fee.

What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?

We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick-up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we’ll return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry.

What happens to my garments if the balance is unpaid?

Your items will be placed on sale at dry cleaners after 30 days of pick up date.
